On 1st September, FAA had the 2nd round of "Retirement Age meeting" with the management.
Our ultimate goal: The extension of retirement age to 55 to be put in the COS.
During the meeting, we have both presented our proposals, in order to honor the agreement confidentiality, we cannot communicate with the members about the proposals yet. But please be reassured that FAA will try our best to make the best interest for our members and strive for a balance of win-win level with productivity gain that the management emphasizes on.
FAA reiterated that the extension of retirement age definitely reviewed how the cabin crews related are being cared, valued and recognized or not by the company.
FAA urges the management to take proper measures in order to show the sincerity and respect towards the crew community.
The 3rd round meeting will be arranged on 10th November, 2015! Please stay tuned!
