FAA did feedback to management on the changes of manpower as the new Crew to Load Chart (C-T-L) might cause the insufficient manpower problem.
We noticed that the Hot Wrap service on A320/1 was being classified as the same with Beverage/Cold Snack service, with less manpower in small aircraft, after clarification, the C-T-L of Hot Wrap service on A320/1 has been revised, please refer to the updated C-T-L chart.
Regarding the crew complement, there will be minus 1 crew in A330 on roster stage. FA10 or FA13 will be called out according to the flight loading except PEK/PVG/SHA(no CTL). FAA suggested FA13 should be assigned instead of FA10 when auto-assign system is going to be implemented.
