WHY joining the KAFAA

We take a firm stand to promote labor rights, and to improve the livelihood of the members and fight for the improvement of roster and working conditions. It is only with the full support of as many cabin crews as possible will the FAA have the ability to face all the challenges. We must all stick together to achieve any success. We need all of you to support us. The MORE members we have, the BIGGER bargaining power we have.  With this in mind we often encourage as many of you to join the FAA to foster continued growth of the FAA.
